Role Summary:
The Product Operations Lead leads product operations and cross-functional processes that support the successful delivery of products from development through commercialization. The role manages GTM timelines, product data governance, process improvements, system administration, reporting, and project coordination while partnering closely with Product Development, Sales, Sourcing, and IT to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-departmental owner/manager of GTM calendar and its milestones.
- Handover Process Owner with Product Leads.
- Executing cross-departmental process changes.
- Manage SMU projects and initiatives with Product Development and Sales, facilitating alignment for project progress.
- Fast Track Projects: support to create initial calendar & facilitates alignment with sourcing office.
- Onboard & train new team members on PLM and established processes in connection with internal IT.
- Collect data and update KPIs for Product Insights Report.
- Facilitate non-development (i.e. general) sample requests with Sales / PD channels.
Experience:
- Strong Product Data Accuracy & Governance experience.
- Seasonal SKU Management with excellent PLM skillset, Tools and Workflows.
- SAP to PLM/ERP Experience and Power BI.
- Advanced level in Excel (charts, pivot tables, advanced formulas & charts/graphs).
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, product development or related field.
- Lean/ Six Sigma or project management certification a plus.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Management ability for end-to-end Product Life Cyle, defects and syndication issues.
