Are you accurate, practical and interested in logistics? This is a great opportunity to gain experience within an international supply chain environment.

For our logistics activities in the Netherlands we are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator who supports the daily operation and makes sure that administration, information and coordination are properly aligned.

What will you do?

You support the logistics operation in the Netherlands and will be involved in, among other things:

· logistics administration and documentation;

· following up on open actions;

· coordination with the distribution centre and other parties involved;

· identifying and following up on deviations;

· supporting operational and administrative questions;

· recording information accurately and in a structured way.

You work several days a week from the distribution centre, which keeps you close to the daily operation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who likes to learn, takes responsibility and keeps an overview.

You:

· have a good command of English, both spoken and written (required);

· have an interest in logistics and supply chain;

· work accurately and in a structured way;

· are able to organise well and set priorities;

· communicate easily with colleagues and external parties;

· pick things up independently;

· identify problems and deviations in good time;

· enjoy working in an international environment.

Junior Logistics Coordinator

Ben jij nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en heb je interesse in logistiek? Dan is dit een mooie kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een internationale supply chain omgeving.

Voor onze logistieke activiteiten in Nederland zoeken wij een Junior Logistics Coördinator die de dagelijkse operatie ondersteunt en zorgt dat administratie, informatie en afstemming goed op elkaar aansluiten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt de logistieke operatie in Nederland en bent betrokken bij onder andere:

· logistieke administratie en documentatie;

· opvolgen van openstaande acties;

· afstemming met het distributiecentrum en andere betrokken partijen;

· signaleren en opvolgen van afwijkingen;

· ondersteunen bij operationele en administratieve vragen;

· correct en gestructureerd vastleggen van informatie.

Je werkt meerdere dagen per week vanuit het distributiecentrum en staat daardoor dicht bij de dagelijkse operatie.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken iemand die graag leert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht houdt.

Je:

· beheerst de Engelse taal goed in woord en schrift (vereist);

· hebt interesse in logistiek en supply chain;

· werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;

· kunt goed organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;

· communiceert makkelijk met collega’s en externe partijen;

· pakt zaken zelfstandig op;

· signaleert problemen en afwijkingen tijdig;

· werkt graag in een internationale omgeving.
