Overview
The AGNA Coordinator supports the successful delivery of corporate store projects across North America, including new openings, renovations, relocations, and closures. Reporting to the Director of Store Planning, this role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and field operations to ensure seamless coordination, accurate project tracking, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all corporate store projects end‑to‑end
- Act as the primary point of contact between Store Planning, Sales, Operations, Real Estate, and external partners
- Maintain and update master store project lists, timelines, and announcements
- Lead coordination meetings and distribute weekly project reports
- Manage tenant documentation, walkthroughs, key exchanges, and opening/closing logistics
- Track & help coordinate opening deficiencies/issues, update departments, troubleshoot and follow up on any problems or issues arising following a store opening/closing
- Coordinate store closures and the recovery and redistribution of furniture, displays and other visual merchandising items.
- Set up utilities and manage insurance certificate requests for new stores
- Support continuous improvement of store planning processes and procedures
- Provide general support to Store Planning and Real Estate teams as needed
Requirements
- CEGEP or university degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (asset)
- Experience in retail store planning, retail construction, or project coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Power Steering or other) - asset
- This position requires fluency in both French and English as it involves communication with external stakeholders where English is the primary language of business.
- Proactive, adaptable, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
- Be available outside of normal office hours (from time to time) to follow up on construction projects.
