Your Role

The candidate will support the Supply Chain Demand, Supply, Planning, Vendor Compliance, and Projects teams by developing impactful tools and analytics that enhance operational efficiency. This role is designed to empower managers to focus on day-to-day operations and team leadership by providing tailored solutions that streamline reporting, automate workflows, and surface critical insights.

Responsibilities

  • Key deliverables include building and optimizing dashboards (QuickSight, Power BI), automation tools (Power
  • Automate, macros), and data roll-up mechanisms that enable faster decision-making and true exception
  • management. The candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating execution by transforming raw data into
  • actionable intelligence and ensuring the right metrics are visible at the right time.
  • Support mapping out end to end processes and support the manager to identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Responsible for completing objective-setting and self-assessment exercises.
  • Coordinate efforts to keep the Position Description document up to date.
  • Participate in periodic staff meetings to discuss and align on business opportunities and priorities.
  • With guidance from the Manager, take ownership of personal development and career planning.

 

Key Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel (macros and more), advanced proficiency in Power BI and AWS QuickSight
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) is considered an advantage.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand, challenge, and improve business processes
