Aldo Product Services (APS) is the wholesale division of the Aldo Group and is responsible for all sales of the Aldo brand outside of our owned and operated channels in North America, as well as our growing portfolio of licensed brands. The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing the product setup, ensuring content quality and accuracy to drive revenue on Dropship-Third Party accounts. The position calls for a passionate and creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Centralize and maintain product information and digital assets for upload across strategic accounts.
  • Conduct regular verification and audits of product listings on partner websites to ensure availability and content accuracy.
  • Support the creation of seasonal tools related to product listing and attributions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Sales team and the Operations team to ensure timely and proper deliverables.
  • Follow up on product setup with respective accounts to meet collection launch dates.
  • Troubleshoot ad hoc issues that may impact timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Investigate the root cause behind customer requests where applicable and help implement corrective action with the support of the team manager.
  • Maintain and analyze B2B platforms, providing insights and recommendations for campaigns, promotions, and assortment optimization.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and collaborate with the digital team to implement them.
  • Build and maintain reports on key business metrics, including sales trends, sell-through rates, and product performance.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of work-related experience
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a drive to improve processes and establish best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
