Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing operations for a multibrand retail organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative, organized, and detailoriented individual who is passionate about brand and retail marketing.
Based at the Montreal headquarters, the Marketing Coordinator supports daytoday marketing operations, campaign execution, internal coordination, and brand alignment across teams including Brand Marketing, Buying, Omnichannel, Social Media, and Visual Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Support seasonal marketing planning and campaign execution
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Prepare and distribute marketing communications and updates
- Support brand commercialization projects and campaign rollouts
- Create and distribute product descriptions and imagery
- Assist with website updates and marketing content management
- Support special marketing initiatives and internal projects
- Track budgets, support invoicing processes, and assist with reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in retail or fashion marketing preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communicator with a strong work ethic
