Overview

 

The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Demand Management team, supporting the accurate and timely execution of wholesale customer orders for Aldo / APS Brands. This role is essential to ensuring on‑time delivery and order accuracy, while providing visibility of issues and delays to our internal teams. 

 

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and curious professional who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about delivering great service. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Process and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillment
  • Maintain an accurate order book and provide visibility using SAP, BI tools, and Excel reports
  • Build and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation
  • Manage customer‑specific delivery SOPs and compliance requirements
  • Monitor demand to support accurate production planning
  • Partner with Distribution, Logistics, and Account Management teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver best‑in‑class customer service by managing inquiries, issues, delays, and claims
  • Identify sales opportunities through product and operational support
  • Support team members with cross‑training, documentation, and additional tasks as needed

 

Requirements

 

  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong curiosity and adaptability
  • Fluent in French and English; role involves international communication where English is the primary business language
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting
  • High confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
  • Willingness to support the team beyond core responsibilities
  • Customer service experience in wholesale or supply chain (preferred)
  • SAP or ERP experience (preferred)
