The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Manager-in-Training at ALDO is on a clear path to leadership, developing the skills needed to grow into a Store Manager role. You learn by doing and gaining hands-on experience in driving sales, delivering great customer service, and supporting the day-to-day leadership of the team.

 

You play an active role on the floor while building confidence in decision-making, team development, and store operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support sales growth by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong, customer-first experience across all channels
  • Help coach and guide team members through feedback and on-the-floor support
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
  • Assist with team scheduling to support smooth daily operations
  • Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and overall store presentation
  • Support day-to-day operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and motivated

What Sets You Apart

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service
  • Deep interest in fashion
  • Natural leader with a growth mindset
  • Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
