Overview
The Demand Management team is responsible for entering and managing all wholesale & franchise customer orders for the Aldo and Call It Spring brands for our international partners, fulfilled from our Global warehouses.
We aim to ship On Time and with the highest level of accuracy to our customers, while providing visibility around issues and delays to our internal teams.
We are looking for motivated, curious & organized associates to join this team.
Responsibilities
- Processes & monitor wholesale/franchisee customer outbound orders in SAP
- Receive and manage franchise orders from third party ordering sites and ensure accuracy in SAP
- Manage wholesale orders through different third-party portals.
- Maintain an accurate orderbook and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders, using SAP & BI tools, and various ad-hoc Excel reports, as required
- Understand and manage specific customer requirements regarding delivery operating procedures
- Closely monitor customer orderbook to ensure demand is captured for production
- Communicate with DC & logistics teams to understand delays and minimize impact to customers
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure outbound order accuracy and on time fulfillment
- Provide “Best In Class” service by responding to customer enquiries clearly and efficiently, confirming all orders issues and delays
- Research and resolve discrepancies, customer claims, returns and other issues as necessary
- Monitor and resolve SAP issues surrounding our orders and elevate to IT / Ops teams as needed
- Work based on our in-house calendar for (ordering period, demand review…) and work with short deadline
Requirements
- Positivity, curiosity and adaptability are essential
- Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Must be comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (excel skills essential) and excited to learn new software systems as needed
- Must be able to process and manipulate large amounts of data with accuracy
- Details oriented
- Effective communication skills essential
- Team player
- SAP experience a plus
