About the role

The Program Manager, Digital Growth & Enablement is an experienced and highly organized delivery leader within our Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital enablement initiatives across our portfolio of four brands: ALDO, Call It Spring, Sperry, and G.H. Bass.

Reporting to the Director, Growth & Digital Enablement, the Program Manager is the engine that keeps our digital optimization programs moving forward, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business priorities.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate brand priorities into structured programs and coordinate cross-functional teams including UX, IT and Development, Ecommerce Operations, external agency partners, and brand business leads.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, brings structure to complexity, and knows how to keep multiple teams and priorities moving toward a common goal.

Your role

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of CRO, SEO, and digital enablement projects, from planning and prioritization through launch and post-launch review.
  • Build and maintain integrated project roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and dependencies across all four brands.
  • Manage the CRO backlog, coordinating with UX, Ecommerce Operations, and Development from ideation through QA, launch, and results.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Operations to coordinate SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, content optimization, and agency deliverables.
  • Serve as the key point of coordination between UX, IT, Development, Ecommerce Operations, agencies, and brand teams.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, project meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify and escalate risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear program reporting, dashboards, and delivery scorecards.
  • Manage external agency partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and agreed service levels are met.
  • Support additional digital projects by bringing structure, planning, and alignment across teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce cycle times, and strengthen delivery.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in program/project management, ecommerce, digital delivery, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRO, SEO, UX, ecommerce, or digital development environments.
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, risk management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into clear and actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Experience working with external agencies is an asset.
