About the Role
The content coordinator will work for a 12 month contract as a part of the in-house global content team for the ALDO brand as a hybrid role (regular in office days). The coordinator will support the project management and execution of omni-channel content inputs on a project basis. The coordinator will be an ambassador of crossdepartmental connectedness and collaboration – working closely with internal departments and external partners.
Overall, the job will entail supporting the coordination of multiple content production streams efficiently and effectively, while driving consistency, brand integrity and customer centricity. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate production processes- from production calendar maintenance to pre-production planning, production coordination and post-production support & delivery
• Support sample ordering process, physical product reception and coordination/shipment, organizing product information through dashboards and master lists
• Process Purchase Order Forms and receive/track invoices and payments on a project-basis
• Populate and maintain accurate shot lists with proper naming conventions, global merchandising data and inventory statuses.
• Ensure quality assurance, consistency validation, approvals & on-time delivery of deliverables
• Coordinate with external agencies to support pre and postproduction responsibilities
• Support the brief to creative team for development of new or updated identities and activations; liaise with channels to support adoption and execution
• Manage feedback loop & gather content analytics; share feedback and solutions for evolution and refinement of end-to-end processes
• Coordinate editorial content requirements from briefing to delivery, working with copywriters and Maintain knowledge of key partnering teams, key GTM milestones and project timelines
• Act as central point person for pre-production information gathering/sharing and calendar updates in
internal cross-functional meetings/forms or external third parties
• Support post-delivery process through final shot list publication, asset handovers and channel
application queries
• Ensure solid understanding of brand and marketing strategies to apply and inform on content-related projects
• Participate and document meeting notes, project updates and communications to share with key
stakeholders
• Complete administrative tasks to support internal presentations inclusive of building presentations, tools/templates, brief development, asset development and execution
Key Requirements:
• +1 years’ experience in a related field or position
• Degree in marketing, communications, content production or related field
• Relevant experience, knowledge and interest in brands and content production
• High interest in fashion
• Display an understanding of all aspects of content marketing, social, influence marketing, and
communications
• Has exceptional attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all communications deliverables
• Ability to work effectively at all levels of the company
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Platform expertise: Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Adobe (Acrobat)
