About the role

We're looking for a Content Designer to join our Creative Team. Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the Senior Content Designer, you'll help bring our seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand stories to life across digital channels.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, design, content creation, and creative production. You have a strong eye for aesthetics, a natural instinct for visual storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

 

What You'll Do

· Adapt campaign photography and video assets across multiple applications and formats while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic.

· Support photoshoot production, including shot list development, asset organization, fittings coordination, and on-set support.

· Design internal presentations, creative pitches, and visual communication materials.

· Create digital content, layouts, and motion assets that support campaigns and brand storytelling.

· Create animations and motion-driven content using existing campaign assets

· Develop contact sheets and photo layouts across various formats and ratios using InDesign.

· Organize, manage, and maintain content libraries and creative files to ensure efficient workflows.

· Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Senior Content Designer to develop compelling digital-first and behind-the-scenes content.

· Stay informed on fashion, design, cultural, and social media trends to inspire fresh and relevant content ideas.

· Balance multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience in content design, graphic design, content creation, or a similar creative role.

· Experience within the fashion, footwear, beauty, lifestyle, or related consumer brand industries.

· Strong understanding of content production processes, including photography and video.

· Strong eye for design, imagery, composition, and visual detail, with a refined aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for fashion and visual culture.

· Ability to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.

· Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creative judgment, and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

· Working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator.

· Strong understanding of social-first content and digital storytelling best practices.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and file management skills.

· Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and thrive in a collaborative creative environment.

· Positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
