Job Summary 

We are seeking a Data Analyst / AWS QuickSight Administrator & Developer to join our Supply Chain Central Ops team. 

This hybrid role combines BI platform administration and dashboard development with advanced analytical responsibilities. 

The successful candidate will support the individual Supply Chain teams — including Inbound, Distribution Center, Demand & Supply Management, and Outbound Transport — to understand, document, and translate their business requirements into impactful analytical solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for surfacing insights and helping answer questions on trends and cost-saving opportunities to support these teams, within a fast‑paced retail environment. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Administer and evolve the AWS QuickSight platform, including user management, security, governance, and cost optimization. 

  • Design, develop, and maintain highquality interactive dashboards in AWS QuickSight. 

  • Create, manage, and optimize analytical datasets from multiple data sources. 

  • Meet with the Supply Chain teams (Inbound, Distribution Center, Demand & Supply Management, Outbound Transport) to gather requirements, document functional needs, and ensure alignment with delivered solutions. 

  • Perform indepth analyses to identify trends, insights, and costsaving opportunities to support the Supply Chain teams, particularly in a retail and omnichannel context. 

  • Communicate insights clearly using effective data storytelling techniques tailored to business audiences. 

  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Owners, IT teams, and Supply Chain partners. 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI standards, analytical practices, and visualization guidelines. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, and data visualization. 

  • Strong handson experience with AWS QuickSight (both administration and development). 

  • Advanced SQL skills; Python is an asset. 

  • Proven experience in the retail industry (sales, inventory, margins, promotions, ecommerce, or omnichannel analytics). 

  • Supply chain operations experience is a strong asset. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business teams and translate business needs into analytical solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of data visualization and usercentric dashboard design. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. 

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
