Position Summary
The HR/Payroll Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing operation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, vendors, and technical teams, the Product Analyst helps translate business needs into scalable system solutions while ensuring the platform continues to meet organizational objectives.
This role combines business analysis, system configuration, testing, product delivery, and production support responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver effective HR technology solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0.
- Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, and other system configurations.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, UAT, and bi-annual SAP release activities.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, provide end-user support, and maintain system documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects and continuous improvements.
- Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives while promoting best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise HR technology platforms.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and related modules.
- Knowledge of RBP, Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, and HR system integrations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with HR/payroll processes are considered assets.
