-
Partner with Sourcing and Logistics to align flow plans with distribution center capacity and transit timelines.
-
Own end-to-end reporting, monitoring, and analysis of inventory age profiles against organizational targets, identifying slow-moving or unproductive stock and recommending mitigation, markdown, or liquidation actions to protect working capital.
-
Build, maintain, and enhance a forward-looking On-Time Delivery metric to predict supply disruptions before they impact the network, and lead root cause analysis on delivery variances to drive actionable fixes with vendors, carriers, and origin teams.
-
Lead key monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across Demand, Supply, Finance, and Commercial teams.
-
Lead all corporate insurance and risk-management data requests related to global inventory, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting of inventory asset values across multiple nodes for compliance and coverage audits.
